NBBM Series 2024
This year’s NBBM Series features interviews with a diverse lineup of Black-owned businesses in the United States. Each Black business has a unique story and mission. We had the privilege of speaking to each business' founder(s) to discuss their origin story and the problem their company wants to solve.

LayToya Carter is the proud Founder and CEO of Escents of Hue LLC. Through Escents of Hue, LayToya aims to inspire others to embrace the calming and rejuvenating benefits of high-quality, handcrafted soy candles.

Tenise N. Hordge is the founder of Mother's Magical Milk. Mother's Magical Milk provides lactation education and services including lactation consultations, pre-natal breastfeeding consultations, and more.
La Tasha Bruner-Hill
